3D Modelling & Drafting
With Tekla Structures as our primary tool for modelling and drafting, we are capable of modelling anything to suit the requirements of our clients. Data specific to each project, such as treatments grades and cost codes, can be readily incorporated and imbedded into every model we produce. We are able to dramatically reduce the amount of errors and time spent on revisions and design changes through the utilisation of automatic change monitoring processes.
3D DELIVERABLES
At ISOLINEAR, we take great pride in the high standards of quality and accuracy which we maintain at all stages of project progression. During the modelling process, we can integrate all structural components, as well as mechanical equipment, piping, and electrical equipment, permitting a comprehensive check for potential clashes and scaling issues, which improves safety during construction and reduces the time spent on corrections.
We are also able to supply our clients with highly detailed 3D models at any stage of the project either through Autodesk Navisworks, or Trimble Connect, for up-to-date evaluation. Upon completion, 2D Detail Drawings are directly extracted from these models, meaning that all of our drawings are constantly up to date.

2D DELIVERABLES
Our Standard Detail Drafting deliverables consist of the following :
- 2D assembly, part & general arrangement drawings PDF format
- 3D PDF of model with assembly and part data
- NC & DXF files
- Grating DXF files
- Fabrication and bolt reports
- 3D Navisworks model with imbedded data as well as Trimble Connect IFC models
Both model types can be viewed externally and for free by our clients.
